This is a big day of delays on the A330 fleet and this time it is most if not ALL are weather related in SYD!!On Monday 17 November, A333 VH_QPL arrived in nSYD (ex MNL) as QF20 at 0716 hours, 36 minutes late.
It is returning to MNL on the QF19, the 1205 hours that was airborne at 1323 with gate arrival likely at about 1817 hours, 47 late.
Meanwhile QF127, the scheduled 1115 hours late morning offering from SYD to HKG with A333 VH-QPJ wasn't in the air until 1300 hours. Gate arrival should be 1906 hours, 76 minutes tardy.
QF143, the morning timetabled 0855 hours SYD-AKL (B738 VH-VZC) pointed skywards at 1007 hours, arriving in the northern harbour city at 1455, 50 minutes behind schedule. It has formed QF156, the 1505 hours mid afternoon AKL down to MEL airborne at 1638 with an 1830 hours gate arrival suggested, which will be 75 minutes late. This makes it highly likely that an evening Melbourne to New Zealand QFi flight will arrive in Kiwiland after midnight its time.
QF291 on Saturday 15 November arrived SIN 73 minutes late at 1823, yesterday it pulled up at the gate at an estimated 1754 (54 late) and today with Finnair's A333 OH-LTM it should arrive at about 1734 hours, 34 late as its scheduled 1130 hours ex SYD did not see takeoff until 1227 hours.
Sister aircraft OH-LTS is on QF295, the 1020 hours SYD-BKK in the air at 1144 with gate arrival likely at around 1700 hours, 50 late.
A332 VH-EBC is operating QF51, the 1035 hours midmorning BNE up to SIN airborne at 1154. It should pull in to its SIN gate at approximately 1741 hours, 71 behind.
Sister EBG is on the 1205 hours MEL-SIN, QF35, airborne at 1307 for projected gate arrival at 1755, 50 late.
The 1420 hours BNE-MNL (QF97, A332 VH-EBB) had not become airborne by 1555 hours so is likely to be more than half an hour late arriving at its gate in the Philippine capital.
