Just had an e-mail from Qantas for a Customer Survey.. was asking for info about how you book, whether you book in advance, etc..

Interesting timing eh..

Not really. Like many (all?) large customer-focussed (you can stop laughing now) organisations, I'd expect QF to be continuously getting feedback and doing market research from customers, potential customers and non-customers.

To me it would be more surprising (and worrying) if QF had no such research currently underway.
 
Just had an e-mail from Qantas for a Customer Survey..

Having too many Xmas parties in the Deep North to respond -- oh, they still haven't contacted me yet....
