Hi all,

I've got a Qantas credit voucher that I'd like to use for a LHR - ZRH with BA. When I try and search from the QF website (change country to UK) it only allows destinations to AU. Is there a way to use this credit voucher for the BA LHR - ZRH flight? If I speak to a rep will they be able to give me a hand. Appreciate any feedback if anyone has had success with this before.

Cheers

Best to call reservations for these kind of bookings.

My guess would be no, as flights ex-LHR would be booked in GBP and ticketed in London so probably can't use a voucher which would be in AUD, could be mistaken but I think this is what will happen.

Do report back with how you go will be interesting if they allow it.

Thanks for the response.

I've got an existing booking SYD - LHR - SYD in F so I am also wondering if they could use the credit voucher to 'extend' my current booking as I am able to search for a multi-city booking of SYD -LHR - ZRH - SYD. Just not sure if they can make use of a credit voucher to extend an existing booking.

Will call later this evening and find out.

I tried to use a voucher in AUD for an ex-NZ fare once - was not possible.

I spoke to a Qantas rep a few min ago. She told me it was possible to add the LHR - ZRH leg and use my credit voucher to pay. However, the price she quoted me was more than double what I pay purchase from BA directly so I have kindly declined the booking
