Qantas Corporate Travel Show - Canberra 28 August 2014

Thanks to Mattg I got along to the travel show and met up w' Hossein and we chatted over some nice salt and pepper quid. Neither of us won anything sadly. The best on offer was a $1000 voucher for QF travel.

For future reference, they don't open the doors for the lunch free loaders group until right on 1230 and the lunch comes out about 30-45 mins later. Was a respectable stand up lunch. We must do better next year to say hello to a few more people.

It was nice catching up with you 'get me outta here'. Please do give me a yell next time you're in time; hopefully I'll have more time to spare...

I completely forgot about this until reading this post just now (having missed the event). I'm sure at some point I had meant to catch up with some AFF'ers who were attending. Hope you all enjoyed it.

Myself and +1 both received invitations last year but not this year .
Oh, well, hopefully next year!

Sadly I was not able to go this year - just too busy at work and in fact I was so busy I forgot it was even on until last night.
Maybe next year.
Hope those who did attend and managed to catch up snagged some prizes.
