Does anyone have any hints for cheaper Qantas club renewal. Asking for a friend (because he isn't eligible for the AFF discount unless he joins to become Gold which I don't think he'll do)

If your friend works for a large government department or a large company, enquire at HR, Qantas has most likely given a corporate discount code for both joining and renewing.

Thanks for that - he's retired so no luck with the company but I can add him to my QBR and get it that way
