Qantas Club Membership

Hey everyone,
quick question: If you have a paid Qantas Club Membership: Can you only access the lounge if you are actually flying Qantas or Jetstar or also when you fly on other airlines. I know that if you have a gold card with Qantas you have to fly one world yes...but what if you actually buy the Qantas Club Membership?? Same thiing??

The only other airline is American Airlines where you can access their lounges.

No need to get a paid Qantas club membership as QFF gold gives you all the benefits plus benefits on other OW airlines that don't recognise the QP.

QC paid membership only allows access if there's a QF flight number on the boarding pass.
