Qantas classic reward one way from BOM to SYD Problem

Hi There,
looking at booking a one way award seat from BOM to SYD on the Qantas Indian website and can't get the classic award screen up, it only gives me the below option.I Have ticked the correct box but still no joy.

Have tried a couple of other of the overseas Qantas websites and they seen fine and show the classic rewards page but not the Indian site.


Is this just a temporary glitch?

It could be that there are no classic rewards available on those dates. Have you tried searching different dates?

I have ticked the flexible dates box and the use points classic flight rewards only box and i still can't get the page similar to the below image

I’ve just tried also and can’t get that screen but you can toggle to different dates and also Business and First for each day so I think it’s just the way they’ve set it up. The points value look about right for award flights.

I just tried it now and it's working (normal classic award flights).

56K points for a CX-CX or CX-QF-QF itinerary (sample date Wed 11 December 2019).

Looks like the full points at 43K is cheaper! Maybe that's why it defaulted?
