Qantas Chauffeur service - General Questions/Advice

I'm eligible for Chauffeur Drive for my SYD-LHR Qantas flight tomorrow (and have infact booked it for my pickup at the destination in LHR), but I appear to have left booking the trip to the airport too late as the website no longer lets me book it.

Is there someone I can contact to manually book this in? Would much rather the Chauffeur Drive than uber or the train...

The T&Cs do say specifically:
“11. Chauffeur Drive must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of travel.”

Not sure that you can get around that but no harm in trying.
Do you have access to the Plat 1 team? If so, you could ask for assistance.

I used the service from my hotel in Hounslow to LHR. Ordered for 8.25am. Got a call saying driver would be five minutes late and apologising for the delay.
Driver arrived at 8.30am and the ride was good with free bottled water.
