I thought cabin crew weren't supposed to help at all ?

I think ink the official prohibition was living bags into the lockers, but they would for the elderly etc.

Now it sounds like they won't do any lifting and, importantly, wont do any 'bag jugging' in the lockers, to make room. This I think is a bad outcome, as it will leave it to pax to sort itself out amongst themselves.

'Hey you - don't touch my bag ( which is taking up 2 spots .... ' etc
