[h=5]Sorry, an error has occurred.
[/h]Our system shows that you have not yet received your new Qantas Card with Qantas Cash facility.
New cards are being sent to all Frequent Flyer members in due course, however if you would like to request yours sooner please call the Qantas Cash Service Centre on 13 11 31.

Ummm, was working earlier today. Is everyone else getting the same error?

I can't access it either, but it might also be because my replacement card is on the way.

Yes. I've had this error before as well. Usually clears up within a day or so.

It's back working again, temporary glitch :p

Also did my first Bank Transfer to the QCash card today, will be interested to see when (day and time) it hits my card balance.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but I tried to transfer my money as a bank transfer using the BSB and other details provided, and it threw an error that the BSB wasn't recognised :(

I use HSBC. Perhaps compounded by the fact I need to use a security device, but tried a few times...

I tried to log on yesterday and despite entering the correct digits from my password, carefully verified on the second and third attempts, I was locked out and must yet again go through the slow and painful process of attempting to get through to the call centre and get it unlocked. I have lodged a complaint and told them enough is enough and I will be closing my account because QantasCash can only be relied upon for being totally unreliable. I am surprised Qantas put its name to a service that appears to be plagued with problems, at least that is my experience. Anyone using QantasCash needs to ensure they have a back up, particularly outside Australia.

I was locked out as well, but I thought it was because I've been issued a replacement card. This will be an interesting week...

My work's payroll system is saying BSB 880-116 doesn't exist so I can arrange pay to go straight into it for now.

I'm with BankWest which recognised 880-116 as a valid BSB so I'm expecting funds to hit the account tomorrow. Only issue, one transfer I accidentally transferred $10  which is below the minimum load (don't play with bank accounts when you've been drinking), so I'm trying to find out what will happen/how to get the $10 back.

Re Qantas Cash Rubbish Customer Service
E-Mail sent :
Ive wasted over 30 minutes trying to transfer funds from HSBC to you using BSB 880-116
the problem may well be with HSBC does not recognizing your BSB ,
But. You should sort it out and not tell me to contact the HSBC bank!
that' your job and i would have thought Qantas had more Leverage than I
Also why are they so many automated security questions before anyone one at customer service will answer a question!

So the $10 transfer will get refunded into my bank account automatically but will take up to 3 weeks. Fair enough, my mistake and it's only $10, but damn, 3 weeks is a while to wait, hopefully technology can speed up this process in the future.

I'm still waiting for the $50 Bank Deposit load from Sunday night (from Bankwest) to come through. If it comes through tonight or tomorrow then it's little or no difference to a BPay load. :/

If HSBc have bit updated their payments clearing system that's no ones fault but HSBC, 880-116 is a valid BSB and in the system properly.

Just activated my new card. 4min 15sec call - took 3min just to get to the MasterCard section with some information repeated three times.

Complete joke. At least it worked though

I'm dreading every phone call I need to make regarding the Qantas Cash card.

"Please select from the following nine options."

P.S. And there have been plenty calls in the past week.

Loads have come through finally and surprisingly the $10 load is there. So it's about a 16 hour improvement over the BPay load option.

Am I missing something here :?:

I made a deposit was in $A and it was meant to be loaded in GBP but it only shows up in $A. Shouldn't it show up as the amount of GBP that was in the transaction :?:

The receipt says to load in GBP.

Transferred money yesterday 1.45pm. Credited today 5pm...not bad. Never had any problems with the card....(a little perplexed at some of the responses here). Maybe Im lucky
