QANTAS cancelled flight stuck trying to select new flights

QANTAS cancelled my flight but when I try to confirm replacement preferred flights different to the one automatically chosen it gets stuck and doesn’t go through.

Are there any tricks like a preferred web browser to use to make it go through?

you'll find that the system knows you have a cancelled flight. If it's imminent it actually will speed up the priority.

Yesterday Swiss air changed our flight and new times were completely unsuitable. Clicked on 'options' and it went to a site that was all AI. Not human. Punched in Change Flight, next thing the AI presented me with a whole lot of new flights on different airlines. Selected one and it kept updating me on when it would be ticketed and then within 3 minutes it was done. Then the next message stated that if I wanted to speak to a consultant then click the human button. Didn't need it. Was very impressed.

Not imminent. Was able to select the flight I want I was able to submit but it got stuck and never went through. Might try again tomorrow and if it doesn’t go through consider calling up.
