Qantas Call Centre Long Wait Times

My understanding (from unofficial sources) is that there is a pool of priority phone numbers that airport staff give to passengers which rotates every few weeks.

I will attempt to publish the currently active number(s) in this post:

Does anyone else have zero success in having their system get the correct PNR? And after three unsuccessful attempts it takes you through an even longer series of comments including how to do this in their online system. Do they really think we'd be calling them if we could fix the issue online?
That's what Qantas thinks of it's customers.....

I have had reasonable success when pretending I (as an Aussie) am speaking to one of our English speaking North American brethren. Slowly, clearly and with a definite pause been the enunciation of each words (in this case representing the letters/numbers of the PNR).
