Qantas Business class SYD - LAX - Video

Hello everyone!

I flew from SYD-LAX on a QF a380 in early Feb and due to the popularity of my first class video decided to go ahead and do the same for business class. Obviously business class isn't quite as glamorous as first, but I still thoroughly enjoyed making this little movie.

Thanks clazman! I'm back home again now and didn't do any filming of my return journey. I'm always sad leaving LAX, as it means I have to say goodbye to my partner for a few months. At this stage it looks like I won't be doing any international travel for a while - my partner's turn to do the traveling (plus my father is never happy with me going overseas) so I'm not entirely sure when my next video will be. I was considering sneaking back to LA in a couple weeks for my birthday but decided probably not a good idea given I've just gotten back.

How were the opening graphics done? On the iPhone? I have taken video of some of my plane rides before, i just never get around to editing them together afterwards...

Thanks! You should definitely edit some videos, it's great fun! I did the opening graphics (and the whole movie) on iMovie on my macbook

How did you get your hair style back after taking the tail shot?

I used my Nikon D5300 for the shots of the QF a380 coming into land and taxiing. Otherwise it's all from my iPhone. My friend took the outdoor take off shot so my hair stayed in place

emline, great production, I really enjoyed it. The theme music would have better suited you leaving your partner in LA! My next J flight SYD to LAX is in May and whenever I take that trip my wife comes with me so I will show here the video tonight. I make quite a few videos and use Camtasia but no where as good as yours. Well done and hope you make it back soon.

Loved it! I've watched your First Class video several times and didn't think you could top the Forrest Gump theme... but the themes from Love Actually are a real favourite of mine.
