For a second time now this has happened. I can see an award seat available on the Qantas website, but when I want to change my existing booking to that seat over the phone, they cannot ring up an available seat. This time the agent states that they have a different system to the "commercial" one and therefore they see different availabilities.
Has this happened to anyone here and is there a way to resolve it? My flight is with a partner airline so changing the booking online is not an option unfortunately.
