I just wanted to note that for the 4th time in a row, QF has incorrectly posted points and SCs when I fly on JL domestic.
They ALWAYS post the earn rate as Economy, even though every time I have been in F.
I contact them, some times passes, and they eventually credit me with the correct points/SC but it is such a pain.....

Was wondering what is wrong with the comms between QF & JL?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

The earning table for JAL domestic does state that certain types of "F" only earn economy though. Are you sure you're booked on F (Economy plus First Surcharge) and not F (Discount Economy plus First Surcharge)? How would you identify the difference when contacting Qantas to correct this?

They ask for the boarding pass and ticket.
The JL tickets don't have fare buckets (A,F,Y) etc - they just say "First Class" or "J Class"

Yes but depending on what First fare you pay, you'll either earn First class or Economy class credits, see the link in my previous post. It's not clear on the eTicket which one this is, so it could just be a case of you've paid only 'Discount Economy plus First Surcharge', hence the QF system credits you Economy. But when staff manually credit it, they're mistakenly giving you credit for 'Economy plus First Surcharge' or First.

Or the system could be wrong in the first place, however I've had JAL domestic F credit as First without intervention.
