I do regularly buy clothes, even shoes online. I'm relatively lucky that I rarely need alterations or the like to clothing. So its convenient. As for shoes, I know my sizes (Euro, UK, US) even so, I accept its a little tricky. But never had any major problems.
But I have only twice returned an online purchese. Once because it was the wrong item altogether and the second time because the item of clothing was clearly damaged. A rather large tear in the crotch of the jeans, big enough to put my hand through.
But buying with the intent of returning at least one item, amounts to playing the system in many ways. Call it a loophole. But its allowed , so not wrong. But the difference here is the QFF points. Do you, or even should you ever retain them? For me, absolutely no.
