While hacks are never good and can be extremely discomforting for consumers and client companies alike, they are unfortunately a fact of life in 2026.
We all have to be on our guard, adopting simple measures such as if a resultant email looks 'suss', don't open it.
When compared to the huge number of worldwide companies that use Philippines, India and other locations as preferred back-office centres, hacks are fairly rare.
