Hi everyone

My mum and I are travelling SYD-LAX with Qantas on August 11th in Y+. We got a good deal a couple of months back when they had a companian sale which lasted 48 hours. We were able to get the A380 on the way over (QF11) but due to booking at the last minute we couldnt get the A380 on the way home on Septmber 9th. It is the 747-400 (QF108)
On the SYD-LAX (A380) route we chose seats 36AB. Upon looking at a seating map of this cabin it appears that there is some sort of small divider/wall at the back of these row of seats. I was wondering if this would restrict the recline somewhat?
After hearing all the comparisons between the A380 AND 747-400 I was wondering what the chances were of on the LAX-SYD ROUTE (QF108) the plane being a 747-400 with the refitted version of the A380 seating or even better it being swapped with an A380 entirely?
Any answers to my questions would be vey much appreciated
Thankyou in advance

I don't think anyone could really give you an accurate answer on as to whether or not your flight will change from one config to another.

You may try and find some patterns on here The QANTAS Source - QANTAS Flight Tracker.

A380 or not it has to be better than flying at the back of the bus!

Well, technically, PE/Y+ on the '380 IS the back of the bus. But it's the top part of the back, so I'll give it a pass mark.
