Interesting stats. As a USA regular traveller, QF used to have double daily a380s plus extra 787s on every other day to LAX. Plus daily DFW and SFO. Is that kind of schedule still in play, doesn’t seem like it whenever I try to book flights. (I can’t check because expertflyer is no longer useful)

All these extra pax must be on other carriers??

Apparently still not back to pre-Covid numbers, either, and monthly figures have seesawed over the first half of 2025.

Yes it is, and for Europe. Australian's are still going.

Interesting. Quite surprising.

There's many people I've talked to who say they're not going anywhere near or through the US until the fat orange blob has gone.
Will be interesting to see developments over the next couple of years.

Whilst the A380 isn’t just flown to USA, it seems that a significant number of the delays to flights recently have been A380’s to/from USA. I saw this in LinkedIn:



what was weird in this case is that the pax and his wife later found that the flight had taken off.
