I flew LAN Business SYD-AKL return a few weeks ago and had to claim points for the AKL-SYD segment. In fact, I actually posted the exact same question on this forum as yourself! QF were very helpful in chasing up the points etc (I sent a scanned copy of my boarding pass), I received the points within a week or so of the flight.

My work was very happy when I managed to find cheap this airfare as it saved about $1500 on a QF Business airfare...

For my return journey, I received 160 SC's.
