Promotional SC's/Points not posting or posting incorrectly!

On the day this promo came out, I noted upthread I had made a booking around 1am AET that morning. I registered mid-morning, several hours after the booking. I was pretty sure the flights (taken in October) would not automatically earn SCs despite being within the promo period, so I emailed the P1 SST at the time to note what I had done.

Totally escaped my mind to check until 2 days ago and sure enough, DSCs did not post. But pleased to advise that a quick email to the SST saw the DSCs post within 12 hours of my email without any further intervention on my part. Happy with that.
