Anyone had any double status credits come through yet?

600 status credits is a bit of flying. Do you have proof of registration and have you spoken to QF CS about why they aren't auto-posting?

Well I did ask on the phone and they said the extra SC’s can take up to 6 weeks to post which I think was the case a while back when the previous DSC offer was on. It really wasn’t much flying when I think about it it was actually exactly 600 SC without the DSC bonus. It ended up that was all in a 4 day very busy period for me and all the flights I took I would have had to take in any case even without DSC’s so it worked out well for me.

sounds like the QF standard answer from their T&C's for these promos even though the reality for all previous type promos has been under a week. Still this promo was weirder in the way it played out with no email confirmations or personalised registration screen etc making it really hard to prove anything.

I've never had double/50% SCs just post for me. I've always had to wait till the end of the period mentioned in the T&C's and then follow up.

5 flights and no dsc’s posted so far. The March dsc’s were posting for me within two days of the flights. T&C’s say 6 weeks so will wait and see

I just completed by DSC status run over the long weekend. I was looking forward to the status credits this week. So this is bad news. I would have thought there would have been more discussion about it if they werent coming through like last year.

11 flights flown under the September offer and still no DSC’s coming through. I’m begining to question the registration. How soon after your flights did the additional SC’s post?

Got my DSC offers mixed up. Haven't flown under the Sept offer so no experience on timing. We've just qualified Plat under the earlier offer this year, and might use the Sep offer next year.

Between now and the xmas we've got > 1.2M points of bookings that need to be flown.

Burning a million plus points a year and maintaining Plat status as a leisure flyer is a challenge!

The quote from RichardMEL says it can take up to 6 weeks from date of travel for credits to be applied. Is anyone past that point?

From memory the offer period commenced on the 18th of September so six weeks will be the end of October

I’m waiting on a STACK of SC’s to post from this offer ... like 17 flights ... I called and confirmed I was registered and the flights were qualifying etc and got told 6 weeks but I’m highly suspect as nobody appears to have got a single DSC from this offer.

I've written it before and I'll write it again.. this promo has been weird from the get go in the execution (ie: registration/confirmation-basically zero) and the werd either some get DSC offers or some don't with the DP offer

It doesn't make sense it would take so long given so many other promos have been consistent in posting fairly soon post flight.

The ONLY thing I can think of is that because this is weirdly set up promot where some have been targeted as part of the wider global promo (ie everyone gets double points some get DSC) that it requires special runs in the back end to pick up those that have been registered (and targeted) for DSC.... and they may run something like this infrequently, or start it say at the end of Oct, or some other time

I think the whole thing has been a bit of a nightmare prob for them as much as us

I hope everyone gets their DSC post soon without trouble.

From a recent promotion? It gets very confusing discussing multiple promotions in the same thread.

Double SCs for the flights with the original promotion earlier this year have been posting within 2-3 days.
