Does anyone know how to access the pop up window that offered the progressive status credits information? It used to illustrate how many SC one would have at the end of each month, and how many they would need to retain/upgrade their status.

I used to be able to click on the "more details" in my account summary page near the status information window, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

    Thanks

Scroll down on the main My Details page to the "Current Status" and "Next Status" boxes. In the upgrade box, there should be a text link labelled "How far are you from upgrading" which displays the pop-up.

Thanks but not sure what you mean by the text link. All I get is the little "I" button and that opens up pretty useless information (illustrated). Either I don't get that link (FYI - browser is Microsoft Edge) or I have navigated incorrectly. Can you please screenshot?

Do you see the link noted in the red box?

When you click it should open a popup with the details.

Thanks, that would be awesome. But it doesn't appear for on my screen. With only 2 sectors left to Platinum and pending flights already booked, maybe the system overrides the need to have it there? Or it's a browser issue, which wouldn't surprise me.

Remember that you need eight (8) eligible VA sectors to earn/retain WP....

I don’t get the box. Maybe it’s an iPad thing.

@clipped_wings , I suspect the "programmers" of the "experience" site did not anticipate/test for situations such as yours where you have enough SC for WP (>=1000) in the last 365 days but not enough Eligible flights.

Sadly it is not showing how many such eligible flights you have flown in that time.

You need to get to 8 eligible before 434 earned SC get older than 365 days and "drop off the count".

    That is true.

@clipped_wings, how many Eligible flights have you had since 11th November 2018? It is at least two since your August SG date.

You may have to manually count them.

Hi Serfty thanks for dropping in :)

I do understand there are 2 more eligible flights required to attain WP. Those last 2 domestic legs are currently booked for January 2019. Now, from recent memory, there are more than enough SC earned since April 2018 to accommodate a rise to Plat (at least 1100) from some J flights flown since April 2018.

I booked the last 2 eligible flights for January 2019, as I'd figured it would result in a review late January 2019 and that would then then allow us to book our (Plat) guaranteed rewards flights for January 2020. At the very least, we'd be SG and still able to book reward Y flights. (Mr Clipped, myself, 2 sons, 2 daughters and 2 boyfriends in tow).

The lack of link to confirm the SC drawdown has definitely thrown a spanner in the works. I've tried every browser this morning - all to no avail. I even went to the trouble of checking the HTML script on the page source, but it didn't indicate there was anything amiss.

Soooo, in the absence of knowledge - I will do what every self-respecting AFF would do:

Nothing. I will wait for someone here, smarter than me - to fix it. Shouldn't take too long...............

Ok ... you have it under control - well and truly. :D

(Your earlier screen shot had the "status ring" masking the "6 of 8".)

I have cracked the 1000 points required to go to WP... but have 7 of the 8 eligible flights required. I have 2 flights booked 2 days before my review date in Dec... so hopefully they'll accrue onto my account in time for me to upgrade.

In the meantime the site doesn't show if I have any other eligible flight counts from last year also set to expire before review date...

@SheikYerbouti There's no set "Review Date" relevant to upgrading status.

When are you next SC's due to "expire" & when did you take the 1st of those seven flights?
