Received e-mail reminder to check in for my SQ 208 flight on Sunday, but cna't get it to work, whether I enter the booking referencr or the e-ticket number. KF (Sydney) phone engaged. Anyone else having this problem.

I suppose I must simply wait and try again later.

ETA tried the phone again and got through straightaway. I'm told I can't check in because I am waitlisted for the SIN-IST connecting flight in Business. That's even though I have a normal paid Economy seat for that flight. Is this usual? Should it make me more or less confident that the waitlisted seat will eventuate?

Hi, how'd you go with this? How did your booking handle with a waitlisted sector but also a separate economy ticket?
