If you logout of FF; drop your Booking Ref# + Surname in via the Homepage, it should give you the option of OLCI.

Strange..... I checked in for QF490 tomorrow night no issues at all.

That may be your problem, quite often on oversold flights (Y2 indicates such) OLCI is disabled as they want to have more flexibility with your booking.
e.g. This gives them the chance to assess you when check you in at the airport and perhaps put you on an earlier, less sold flight if possible.
