Private airport transfers - Melbourne Airport

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a car service for transfers from MEL to Crown Promenade in Southbank (and return) - any companies you've either used recently or are currently using? Or alternatively, any to avoid? Only two people with regular amount of luggage, so a standard car is fine. Have some friends from the US flying into MEL for business and they prefer to use private transfers so I told them I'd see what I could find out! Many thanks for any suggestions/recommendations.
