Hi there,


I need to get a priority pass membership for a family member. It says on the website the physical card takes 8-10 days to arrive which will be too late. Is the digital card available instantly? It seems most lounges accept them but I personally never tried. Any feedback appreciated!

There is a digital card? I sure hope is the case. We lobbed at LGW week or so back and the Ette had 3 different physical PPs in wallet - ALL failed so we paid her access - she promises to imm track down her Prestige linked PP on ret to Oz.

Edit: She says no rush whilst I am paying her entry - sigh

To answer the original question, the digital card is instantly available and worked just fine - I understand not all lounges accept them (yet).
 
I got my PP membership via Amex, and the card did not arrive before my first trip. I had to phone Amex to get my PP membership number, then phone PP to get my online account setup with them, then it was as simple as downloading the app and logging in. Pretty straightforward - just a couple of phone calls.

The PP app indicates which lounges do and don't accept the digital card... from memory it was more than half, at that time.
