Preferred seating refund/credit

I didn’t know what the difference was for the preferred seating and standard seating so bought 2 preferred seats as travelling with an infant thinking there’s extra legroom. Then found out standard seating was free so changed the seats from preferred to standard. Any idea how to request for refund for this paid seats of NZD 25 each?
