Although this airline is flying the smaller A321 to/from MEL and SYD, it looks like soon (perhaps with northern summer timetable), the A333s return to these two airports.
Four-across seating in J, good catering (at least pre-COVID) and OK staff.
If you go to a good travel agent, they might be able to arrange a stopover in MNL.
There can be quite a few hours in MNL changing planes, and perhaps occasionally overnight that may be included in the fare.
