PR & Mabuhay Miles, what have they done?

I have all but given up on MM as I used up my "Mabuhay Miles never expire" miles before they expired.

Anyway, last week I saw a MM email "Unlock Exclusive Perks and Benefits When You Verify and Update Your Mabuhay Miles Account"

Well warning flags, KYC and inviting their entire customer base to call in. I just shrugged and archived this email.

But it's not all bad, seems only "If you have at least 3,500 mileage balance, please call the Mabuhay Miles Hotline at Tel Nos. Manila (632) 8855-8888, Philippines Mobile (+63) 919-056-2255 or USA/Canada (Toll Free) 1-800-435-9725 or email us at [email protected]."

So maybe I do have more miles there but I'll wait until I want to redeem before going through the pain.
