Potential release of 1x Fiji Airways award in A350 J, SYD-NAN then NAN-LAX, Fri 03/03/23

I have a business award ticketed through AAdvantage for MEL-SYD (QF) SYD-NAN (FJ) NAN-LAX (FJ), for next Friday 03/03/2023. The two FJ sectors are both scheduled for the A350.

Unless Qantas majorly screws something in the next week, I will be cancelling it about Wed/Thu in favour of a nonstop MEL-LAX on QF0093 in J the next day, which I got in the last big QF award release.

I don't know whether FJ will drop it straight back into award inventory, but is there anyone who can take it at late notice and would like to be notified when I cancel?

I also posted this on the QFF forum, and mods, please let me know if there's a better place for this.

No need to cross post in Qantas - best to always post in AAdvantage as it's an AAward ticket. A lot of people scroll through "recent posts" so will see it. Have closed thread in QF Forum.

OK, I've cancelled this reservation now, all.

At the moment it's not showing the space available again through AA, and QF won't allow a search that close-in.

@goldenhorn @Franky I'm just tagging you in case your reactions on the original thread indicated interest.
