Potential issue with an award flight?

I've booked 2 award seats (F & J) BKK-DOH-DUB through Qantas with Qatar. When I booked the flights Qantas had issues taking payment (have had this with quite a few of my bookings) and I received an email to call and change payment method. Did this and they eventually took payment and points and issued the e-ticket but when I compare to other e-tickets I have it is missing the following info:

Heading states Itinerary Receipt instead of E-Ticket Itinerary & Receipt
States Passenger Information instead of Passenger Ticket Information
Does not provide any breakdown of the taxes and charges
No ticket number information for each passenger
The itinerary information is populated and status is confirmed.

When I try to manage the booking online with Qantas I get the following error: The system is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again. (9102)

I have called Qantas on several occasions about this and each time they send the booking for ticketing again and I get emailed the same document. I've been able to manage the booking on line with Qatar and have selected our seats. Again points and fees have been taken. Should I be concerned?

It sounds like it hasn't been ticketed.

One thing you could try is using checkmytrip.com -> create an account if you haven't already and add the trip using booking reference and last name. Once you've added the trip you can see if it has a ticket number associated to it or not.

Look up your trip on CheckMyTrip.com

You should be able to see the ticket numbers there, or absence of.

I wouldn’t be concerned about the document being in a different format.

Created an account on checkmytrip and the booking is there status confirmed and I can see the ticket number. There is only one number though. Is this correct for 2 passengers?
