...
What I want is to be able to select the QF fare as I am comparing, then it tell me how many SCs I will earn. In theory the booking engine knows where I am coming from & going to and as status is irrelevant to SC earning, it should be easy with a database look-up?

That should be Fair and Simple. I am sure QF can do that in a trice with no bugs at all, what with them having such good web design and implementation teams...

Can anyone confirm what the sc earning for a J flight LHR - MEL on QF booked pre March, flown post July should be? I had some mixed results for my partner and myself

Should be 240. This is actually one of the few instances where the new earning is better (280).

That is what happen she got 240 and I got 280 SC however I got short changed on the leg CDG - LHR on BA only received 20 SC and should have gotten 40.
I guess I'm still better of 20 SC.

Sorry if I'm missing something ...

Flying SYD-AKL in J on EK but with QF flight number,

Then AKL-SYD in J on LAN but with QF flight number.

Can anyone tell me status points I will earn?

This is where it gets tricky, which booking class are each of the flights in? J C D I?

As both sectors are booked under a QF flight number you will earn both Points and Status Credits.

As a Gold member you will earn for each sector
3,813 Points and 80 Status Credits if your fare booking class is D or I (Business Sale/Business Saver)
4,188 Points and 90 Status Credits if your fare booking class is C or J (Business Flex)
