Today CAAC has revealed a few applications from Chinese Airlines, and have progressively published them to the public, which includes new Mainland Chinese routes out of both MEL and SYD:

Beijing Capital Airlines (HNA Group)
Qingdao - Melbourne x3 weekly A330 from JUL 2016

China Southern Airlines
Shenzhen - Sydney x4 weekly from DEC 2015
