Positive story on a QF booking cancellation.

Last night about midnite, I booked my wife and I to LAX on points for a convention in September. All was good, got flights we wanted when we wanted etc.
This afternoon, I get an email saying convention moved to Jan 2012 - BUGGER!
Called Qantas 10 mins ago, and as the points had not yet been taken out, and as the credit card had not been hit, she cancelled the booking with no penalties - either points or dollars.

Now to hope the January one is as easy to arrange!!!!!
