Just noticed this today despite the last week alone doing a lot of 737 flying, the sign above the wash basin seems to be a poor example of correct capitalisation use:

"As a Courtesy To the Next Passenger May We Suggest that You Use the Towel To Wipe Down the Wash Basin."

I was obviously very busy to notice this ;), but it did strike me as odd

I think incorrect use of capitalisation is the least of the problems in an aircraft toilet!

Seems Perfectly Normal To Me :)

Copied on most toilets around the world.

Never changes (except that it is also printed in another language).

At least it kind of gets the message across. Not that it is done frequently by any means.

Interestingly the 738 had the same message all in caps, hmm, does that mean it took 20 years for the message to get through and they had to shout in the end

This sign at ADL AP is of more concern for me:

It brings to mind the sign in train toilets of yesteryear:

"Gentlemen lift the seat"

It was never clear whether it was an instruction or an opinion.

Thank god for that sign as I am there Wednesday and was going to dunk my head for a drink.;)

Thats no way to react when you find out there is no barista service for the early morning departures!
