POLI payment procedure?

Hi all,

Not used Poli payment before and reviewed their website.

Am I meant to put my Bank Username and password details into their site to have pay via my back account????

Does not seem to have their own username/password?

No issues for Jetstar flight payment???

Correct - that's why I am unlikely to ever use it.

Seems you get 2 SMS'S codes required to authorize transaction.
Painless....... for now.

@PLANT If there was a situation where significant value could be had, I'd open a throw away $0 fee transaction account for a one off purchase.

Could I ask if anyone of you has encountered situations like this: I made the payment via Poli but didn't receive a booking reference or email of confirmation.
What should I do?

This response is probably a bit too late but in the case of both Virgin and Jetstar they actually create a booking reference before you even start typing anything into the poli form. The poli reference is the booking reference.


Qantas doesn't do the same however if you're signed in with a frequent flyer account you may notice that if you're sitting on the payment page you'll find the booking has been added despite payment not being made yet.
