Points/status credit earn on AA codeshare with LY

Hey everyone,

Flying MAD-TLV-LHR, both on AA flight numbers (AA9892 and AA8371) but on LY metal.

From what I can see on the Qantas earn table, there is no restriction to earning points on AA flights that are codeshared with non-oneworld airlines: "Qantas Points and Status Credits are earned on all eligible booking classes."

For example, contrast that language with Cathay's: "Qantas Points and Status Credits are earned on all eligible booking classes, except on Cathay Pacific Airways codeshare flights operated by an airline other than Qantas or a oneworld alliance airline."

Can someone confirm that my reading is right?

Your reading is correct - QFF earn on AA marketed flights operated by other carriers is no different from AA marketed flights operated by AA.
