Hello all
Just did a 4 week trip with family in which we had up to 3 rooms booked at same hotel.
Some were all $, some were points rooms and 1 paid room.
It seems I only got points for the room I actually stayed in not the rooms the family stayed in, so for those that I used points and purchased either the 2nd or 3rd room I got no points.
Can anyone explain how Hilton awards the points before I call Diamond desk??
