Just done trip to HK via Singapore from Perth, originally it was a direct flight but with QF changes had to change in Singapore and fly CX to HK, the points for the CX flights havnt been credited, I rang QF this morning and was told we travelled in N class so there wouldn't be any points ( she did say give it a few more days and contact us again)Question, if QF changed the original booking shouldn't we be entitled to the points?

Just ask for your original booking to be credited. You will get the status credits and points you were entitled to

Has happened to me many times being moved to non-Oneworld carriers as well and have never had an issue.
