Points expiring end of month

hope you can help me. I have 38k krisflyer points expiring end of this month.

How do I book an award flight?
Is there a help guide on how to book a redemption flight?

Easy - login to your Krisflyer account and use the online search to find your flight.

Alternatively you can call the call centre.

What Alby says. When you login either from the login page go to the right hand side in the box that indicates your milage accrual levels and click on the link "KrisFlyer redemption", or go straight to the "Plan and Book" in the banner across the top of the page and click on "Flight search" from the dropdown menu. Before you select your booking dates check the box "KrisFlyer redemption" at the top.
