Hi everyone,
Anyone else finding that there is a long wait for FF points and status credits being added to their account?
I’m still waiting for points from a trip CBR-ADL-CBR earlier this month and again after a trip yesterday CNS-SYD-CBR, I have been credited with the SYD-CBR leg, but the CNS-SYD leg isn’t even showing up in my flight history.
I’ve lodged a missing points claim for CBR-ADL-CBR and it has been two weeks and no response. If I was dependant on these SC’s for maintaining or gaining status, I’d be quite nervous.
Anyone else experience something similar?
