Hi, I have 15,000 points accumulated under JAL Mileage Bank.. These will expire this month and I would like to "rescue" them if possible to use when traveling soon.

Is it possible to transfer the points to another program so that they do not expire worthless?
Also what can you redeem this number of points for?

TIA :)

I can book a ticket before these expire but ideally I would like to use the points on an alliance partner if possible. Any ideas?

Problem Solved!!! :):):)

I phoned JAL Mileage Bank. They said I should use my points to purchase a domestic ticket on Qantas say Sydney to Brisbane (I hope it's return....another phone call) but will see if Noosa return is on the cards.

Regards

Closest airport to Noosa is the newly renamed Maroochydore/Sunshine Coast, and Qantas does not fly there. Closest airport for which you can use JAL miles will be Brisbane.
