Should the PM, when sitting in Y, have a CL Shadow, use the J toilets and receive CL Benefits?

I thought I'd combine all of our favourite topics into a super thread/poll. what could be better than political discussion about toilet use and benefits over and above the cabin paid for?

:p

Once we establish a majority here we'll move on to the PM reclining in Y and/or J. :p

I voted for "Not the J Toilet, but the shadow and CL Benefits are OK" as that seems to be fair for the status he would have. That said, if the flight was full the shadow would eventually disappear and he might have one of his constituents next to him.

I think yes to the shadow only - as a sign of respect to the office of PM. CL benefits would diminish keeping in touch with the common man, so no on that score.

You forgot an option for whether he is allowed to recline or not.

And where's the option - "Everything except an oxygen mask"? I don't think you've fully thought this through ...

Y or J meals ?

If Y meals, any expresso from the front ?

Any J amenities pack or PJ for the PM ?

The CL shadow is moot. Sat in front of TA while he was in opposition. Peta Credlin was next to him and I was sitting next to another staffer. These guys worked the whole time, so would never use the J loo.

What he does in his VIP jet is up to him. He can use all the loos.

Can you please add the option "Yes he should, but only in the toilet with an expresso." that gets my vote.

Very interesting results so far with 38% of respondents finding CL benefits and a shadow acceptable but use of the J toilet not acceptable. I wonder if destination would make a difference?

I am sure you meant not acceptable.

Too bad the PM's offspring are adults, ruling out acceptable lounge and cabin behaviour discussions.

While I don't think people in Y should use the J loos unless there are extenuating circumstances maybe the PM could be allowed as long he sits down to ensure there are no leaks onto the floor.

I mean if he leaked on the floor you would never get the journalists out of there!

And politicians have been known to deliberately leak.
