Pleasing action from Skybus on Expiring Ticket

Back in April I purchased online Skybus return ticket planning to use it in May.

Then another covid lock down hit - an early June date became the target, then mid June, then late june. :(

Now booked for Mid July - however the ticket had three months validity and was set to expire three days before the travel would be completed.

I emailed Skybus asking for an extension and received a reply 8 minutes later - it's been extend until the end of the year!

I appreciated the quick response.
