Platinum Reserve Card

I've received an offer to apply for this card (as a Platinum Card holder).

"<name>, get payment flexibility, with no annual Card fee on the Platinum Reserve Credit Card"

I don't actually understand what value this card provides. Everything seems to be the same, except it's a credit card not a charge card. To those who do have it, how do you use the Platinum Reserve Credit Card vs the Platinum Card?

The interest free period is longer on the Reserve than the Platinum Charge. Most of my spend goes on the Reserve as a result.

My main reason for keeping is the grandfathered travel credit.
Very occasionally a fantastic statement credit offer come along. It can be useful to have multiple cards in those circumstances.
Taking up the card does affect your credit score a little bit though (I carry the lowest possible balance)
