In all seriousness you should send that letter back to them to point out the errors. Very embarrassing. If I found out letters had gone out under my name to valuable customers with those sorts of errors I would be furious.

I agree; acknowledging it's not a pressing issue but it definitely detracts from the entry into what's meant to be an 'exclusive' group and cheapens the experience. I don't know how they could make these mistakes that any high school writer wouldn't make and wouldn't get past the underlining in Word. One mistake would be an embarrassing slip. Two mistakes would be careless. Five (by my count) constitute a pattern.

I am what one would term a QF solid Platinum
But on the bright side I'm comfortably predicting I will be hitting LTS in a couple of months after 3 1/2 years of WP

Qualified for WP1 on Monday arvo (3670 SC all on QF, 9 months into my membership year)

Still no Phone call or update on my profile. Rang QF today & was told the system automatically searches once a week for newby WP1 into their system. So im thinking that search is done on a monday, as i didnt qualify until about 5pm WST Monday & nothing has happened yet.

Im hoping it happens tomorrow as i have flights coming up on Sunday & Monday.

It takes a little while - I also rang and a lady said it was showig on her system (P1) and should show on my records soon. she stated the info had to go to another section - I'm guessing they have to verify points and arrange for letter and new platinum one card to be issued - I think it took about two weeks - and a week later the wine arrived. I don't think anyone or very few actually received a call. I attained P1 end of June.

I didn't receive a call, although I was told I would do. I have still yet to speak to anyone from the P1 desk. I missed the two calls letting me know that they were watching my international itineraries. (They left a voicemail.)

Probably a good thing you missed those, most of mine have been while I was overseas. I love those $5/minute calls
