Thank you for your suggestion. I may raise this again with AccorPlus later - the fact that I now have 3 unused credits (1 being forfeited) demonstrates the real life value of these free nights to me under current circumstances. Further, I was promised an extension before I cancelled my late Aug booking (due to border restriction) but then the same person backtracked on her words. Do not want to waste time and effort at this moment on possibly false promises...If you can be bothered pursuing it, give the Accor Plus folks a call. After I pushed it they did say it can be done after using one of your nights. It did sound convoluted and I wasn't 100% convinced I was being told the truth, so I used one of mine prior to the rollover date. Ie, I cannot confirm whether the process is valid or not.
I really appreciate your advice and suggestion - just somewhat have a feeling of helplessness
