Renewal is coming up at the end of Dec. Rang yesterday and was put through to retention who offered 30K points. Not sure if I should take it, or try again closer to - it's obviously better than nothing but not at some of the higher amounts referenced in this thread.
 
Rang them today. Gold/green treatment and no points offered. Spending is around 5-8k/mth. Might just cancel it
