Planning US trip. How to use my small amount of points.

Hi everyone!
I’m seeking advice on how to use my points (yes small amount) to the US next year.
I currently have 169,000 virgin, 120.000 QF and a $600US voucher to use on AA.
The plan for 2 to fly PER to SEA approx 1 Sept and return LAX to PER 30 September.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It also depends on what class of travel you prefer.
As stated by many on AFF, Economy class award flights generally offer poor value for your FF points when compared with other travel classes.
And, you FF status level with each program will be a factor.
